What Happens Next

Within 1 business day of receiving your intake form, our Care Team will reach out to schedule your lab work, coordinate your DEXA scan, and answer any questions.

Your Foundation will culminate in a 1:1 session where we translate your data into a clear, prioritized action plan. After that, your membership protocols begin.
