Membership Terms

Your Protocol membership begins with The Foundation, a comprehensive baseline assessment including lab work, DEXA body composition scan, and a clinician-led review session to define your personalized longevity roadmap.
30-Day Cancellation Window
You may cancel your membership for any reason within 30 days of your initial purchase date. To cancel, contact our team at memberships@protocol.us before the end of your 30-day window. If you cancel within this period, no further charges will be applied.
Monthly Membership
After the 30-day cancellation window, you are committing to a 12-month minimum membership billed at $695/month. After your initial 12-month commitment, your membership will continue on a month-to-month basis and may be cancelled at any time before the next billing cycle. To cancel, contact our team at memberships@protocol.us.
Annual Membership
Annual memberships are paid in a single payment of $7,500 via bank transfer (ACH). After the 30-day cancellation window, your annual membership is a 12-month commitment and the payment is non-refundable. Your membership will automatically renew at the then-current annual rate. We will notify you at least 30 days before your renewal date. To opt out of renewal, contact our team at memberships@protocol.us before your renewal date.
Protocol reserves the right to update membership terms with 30 days' written notice. Continued membership after notice constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
