Your Care Team will coordinate your DEXA body composition scan at a convenient time and location.

Once all your data is in, your clinician will review everything and prepare your baseline report.

A 1:1 session with your clinician to walk through your results and map out your Longevity Plan.

Within 1 business day of receiving your intake form, our Care Team will reach out to schedule your lab work, coordinate your DEXA scan, and answer any questions.

Your Foundation will culminate in a 1:1 session where we translate your data into a clear, prioritized action plan.
