  • Extensive lab work: Comprehensive blood biomarkers assessing metabolic health, inflammation, hormones, and nutrient status. Bring recent results (from Function Health, Supwerpower, Life Force, or similar) or opt for a new Protocol-ordered panel.

Step 2: Review with Protocol Healthspan Advisory Team.

  • Your results are reviewed one-on-one with a exercise physiologist and Healthspan Advisor
  • Data translated into meaningful insight helping you understand where you stand and why it matters.

Step 3: Act on your personalized longevity plan.

Bri is a registered dietitian and health coach with a Master’s in Nutrition Education from Montclair State University and clinical training from Vanderbilt University Medical Center. Before joining Protocol, she worked as a Medical Weight Loss Dietitian at Vanderbilt, where she designed and led individualized and group programs focused on sustainable nutrition and behavior change.

At Protocol, Bri helps clients translate data into daily action, connecting lab results and performance metrics to personalized nutrition strategies that improve energy, body composition, and long-term healthspan.
