Primary Care the way it should be.

We offer proactive longevity care that is rooted in science, not hype.

For high performers with high standards, healthcare should not hold you back.

Care that matches your pace

High performers donʼt compartmentalize ambition. They bring it to every corner of life, including their health. They also know that no one gets to the top alone. Success requires expert partners who are deeply aligned on their goals and take responsibility for their part in the process.

Traditional healthcare is designed to react, not anticipate. And premium services often have misaligned incentives; driven more by revenue than results. Theyʼre more like

consultants than true partners or teammates.

Weʼre changing that. We listen, we adapt, and we evolve with you. We match your momentum and always take our work personally.

Protocol is premium care that matches your pace.

Building longevity care that can go the distance.

Because you deserve a wellness plan that matches your pace.

Frequently Asked Questions

Want to learn even more? Here are some questions we frequently get from potential members prior to joining Protocol.

$8,500 for individuals or $7,250/each for family members.

As part of your Protocol membership, you receive:

  • Access to Concierge Care, LLC, which includes high-quality, 24/7 access to the team. This ensures a level of continuity and responsiveness well beyond typical primary care. Clinical visits and diagnostics (e.g., labs) are submitted to your insurance and are not included in the annual membership fee.

  • Longevity Services such as your time with Protocol’s Healthspan Specialist, DEXA/VO2 scans, and personalized coaching related to your diagnostic results—these are fully covered under the membership fee and are not billed through insurance.

Insurance works just as it would with any traditional primary care provider. Concierge Care, LLC will verify your insurance and submit claims for any visits, labs, or diagnostics conducted within the traditional healthcare system. These services are billed directly through your insurance provider and any questions regarding traditional claims should be geared towards Concierge Care, LLC.

Some additional services—such as ongoing physical therapy, personal training, or extra DEXA/VO2 max scans—may not be covered by insurance or included in your membership. These would be considered optional, out-of-pocket expenses.

Rest assured, our team will always review any additional recommendations and associated costs with you before moving forward. You’ll have the opportunity to decide what makes the most sense for your goals. Nothing outside of your membership is required.

Ultimately, coverage and out-of-pocket costs will depend on your specific insurance plan and how it processes claims.

Each member receives a bespoke process tailored to their individual needs, but most members receive the following screenings and assessments:

  • In-depth initial biomarker panel based on previous tests, missing information, and determined needs
  • Initial panel includes Organ function and complete blood count
  • Fractionated lipid panel, including genetic marker Lp(a) and ApoB, for more precise cardiovascular risk stratification
  • Inflammation markers hs-CRP and ESR
  • Complete thyroid panel including TSH, T3, T4, and thyroid antibodies
  • Complete reproductive hormone panel for men and women
  • Metabolic health markers: A1c, fasting insulin and glucose levels
  • Nutrient levels: key vitamins and minerals
  • Mercury level check

Your Healthspan Specialist may request or order additional tests based on your personal history if needed. Our goal is to get the most comprehensive understanding of your health as it currently stands and where you want to be.

Health optimization is not just about getting the right numbers on the page. It’s about helping you reach your personal goals and wellness so you can do the things you love for as long as you want.

While we absolutely aim to develop plans that will optimize and reduce risk factors for cardiac and metabolic diseases, which are the main contributors to both early death and additional diseases, we also look at your personal goals and what you want to accomplish. By conducting an in-depth intake interview, combined with reviewing your history and diagnostic testing, our Healthspan specialist can create a bespoke plan that is right for you.

This may involve managing stress, improving sleep, or enhancing sexual health. It might also include connecting you with the right experts, whether they are physical medicine specialists, nutritionists, or consultants within the traditional healthcare system.

Health optimization is not about creating the absolute pinnacle of peak human performance but about figuring out what level of health and performance you can and want to achieve and ensuring we identify the needed resources and steps to get there.

Concierge Care is located in Boston at 151 Merrimac Street.

This is where you will receive a regular check-up, vaccinations, blood tests, urgent care, or any visits with the doctor where being in-person is necessary.

Telehealth appointments are available when in-person is not necessary. Vaccinations and blood test can also be done elsewhere if more convenient for you.

Your Healthspan Specialist, Dr. Kerri Masutto, delivers care remotely (phone, email, or video call).

In order for any physician to provide care — including prescribing medications — they must first establish care with you. This means completing an initial visit to review your health history, current needs, and ensure an appropriate clinical relationship is in place.

Until that visit takes place, your concierge physician cannot legally or ethically provide treatment, including prescribing medications.

We recommend completing your onboarding and scheduling your initial visit as soon as possible so that you have full access to care when you need it.

Since my early days as a medical student, I’ve been obsessed with defining and creating a truly exceptional primary care experience. This is my life’s work.

Dr. Ajay Haryani trained at the world’s top institutions and bridges worlds that rarely meet. He is a Board-Certified Internal Medicine physician and Assistant Clinical Professor of Medicine at Mount Sinai, with an expert understanding of chronic disease, longevity, fitness, and nutrition.

Unlike most physicians who focus solely on illness, or wellness experts who lack medical training, he brings knowledge of how the body functions in both health and disease – where we thrive and where we falter. He develops personalized care plans that address the full spectrum of health needs, from cardiometabolic health and weight management to emotional health and complex chronic conditions. He is also a Certified Personal Trainer and avid cyclist.

Most recently, he worked with the founder of One Medical (Dr. Tom Lee) to build the cutting-edge primary care company Galileo, supervising doctors and clinical operations across the country. He currently advises leading digital health companies focused on primary care, nutrition and mental health.
