Built on science, guided by purpose, designed for longevity.
We Don’t Do Average.
Most healthcare is reactive, fragmented, and built for the median.
Protocol exists for people who expect more from their bodies, their data, and their doctors.
We are not for people who want a quick fix, a prescription mill, or a passive relationship with their health.
We don’t chase fads, sell supplements, or compromise accountability.
We don’t wait for disease to happen and we don’t settle for average when optimal is possible.
We measure. We track. We optimize.
And we expect our members to show up with the same intention we bring to their care.
If you want to do the minimum, we’re not for you. If you want to do the work to live better for longer, welcome to Protocol.

We are not aiming for the median outcome for our clients. Our goal is to maximum healthy years for our members – this means we do not stop at ‘good enough,’ but will be a continual advocate for the pursuit of better.
This also means we are not afraid to suggest calculated, positive expected value decisions to our members and allow them to use their own risk tolerance in their informed decision-making.
We don’t accept orthodoxy for convenience – when we face a fork in the road, we remember to ensure we get the right answer over the consensus answer. We are not afraid to challenge conventional wisdom.
We also know that no single practitioner, approach, or philosophy has all the answers. We are looking to find what works for individual clients, not what works for all our clients.
We use empirical research as the foundation for our decision-making. We proactively seek and implement the best practices and newest evidence in every area of health.
But evidence alone isn’t enough. It’s how we apply it that matters. We translate data into measurable results, refine our methods as science evolves, and continuously challenge ourselves to exceed the standard of care.
We also recognize the limitations of research – not every common sense intervention has a massive clinical trial supporting it.
We use a combination of individual experience, thoughtful reasoning, and a careful dose of intuition to find the right path where empirical research is insufficient to determine our path forward.
We believe in going above and beyond for every member—building trust through attentive care, empathy, and personalized guidance.
The background, upbringing, or personal traits our members come in with have no bearing on our standards for them – we are here to create individual results that help our members be the best they can be.
We are a team. We collaborate, challenge each other to do our best, and hold each other accountable to a high standard.
We reject the notion that anyone but our members have the final say over their own care. We are here to provide expertise and partnership, not dictate the behaviors, values, or decisions of our members.
