A live panel from Protocol & Human Powered Health
Beyond Fit
You can be fit and still not be healthy. Five specialists, one evening, on what the data actually shows and what to do about it.
Wednesday, June 17, 2026 3:30–6:00 PM Human Powered Health, Wellesley, MA
Someone can train hard, look the part, and post great numbers while carrying real risk they'll never see in a mirror. No single specialist catches all of it. The trainer sees how you perform. The physiologist has your test data. The physician reads your labs. The physical therapist watches how you move. Put them in one room and the picture gets a lot more honest.
That's the night. A physician, an exercise physiologist, a physical therapist, and a performance coach, moderated by Gil Blander, PhD, talking through what fitness alone misses and where the right testing fills in the rest.
What you'll get
- Five disciplines comparing notes on what "healthy" actually means
- Real body-composition (DEXA) results, read and explained out loud
- Time in the HPH lab, including the DEXA and VO2 max equipment, before and after the panel
- Live Q&A, whether you're in the room or on the stream
